Airtel prepaid service - Not providing the service in USA roaming

I am writing this email to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with my mobile phone service in USA since past * months roaming service with Airtel. I recently recharged my mobile account with ***/- and ***/- on April ** **** and also prior to that almost ****/- plus amount, but since then, I have not been able to access any network services on my mobile phone but it still says phone is switched off even though the balance is there.

I have followed all the steps from airtel but no help but instead they tried to give false information that the sim is faulty. i was asking he proof of sim faulty but no responses from them . This issue is not persisting in other locations of USA only the location i am living but further more, i am not receiving the calls or not able to call to india numbers after the recent recharge with ***/- rs. All my banking OTP transactions are not happening properly and not able to connect some important calls due to this i lost more than * lakh indian rs. Please help to get the amount released and also get the issue resolved. I can be reachable on my email sundar.babu*u@gmail.com and on other number +* ********** since my Airtel number is not working.
