My name is Aditya Dangui
I am writing to you to raise an issue about prepaid sim
The issue that I have Experienced was I am a Airtel prepaid Sim card user and I have change my handset to new one Which I wanted to convert my Sim to eSIM
On **th of August I had requested for a eSIM Using sms on *** but soon as I receive the message from *** saying that email ID you have shared is not registered against your number then I called the Airtel customer care service and I requested them to update my email id after that they they had given me the time frame which was seven days within seven days my email ID which will be updated
Within seven days I didn’t got any calls from Airtel and I checked on my Airtel app the service request was closed as the email ID was not updated
Then on **th of August again I called the Airtel customer service center to convert eSIM card and to update my email ID and timeline was given me for seven days
Now again I had requested them to update my email ID on **th of August and timeline was given to me is seven days that is today is the *rd September
I still didn’t got the call from Airtel Customer care I’m very disappointed with Airtel and I wanted to raise the issue against Airtel I wanted my issue to resolve within this week
