I have recharged a plan on **th May **** but no one came to install modem at that time. I have called the customer service centre about this but nothing happened then my plan got expired on **th June ****. Then they came to install the modem on **nd June ****. But as my plan is deactivated so I am not able to use the internet. I have called and emailed the customer care many times but they say we will look into it and no reply comes after that.
This doesn't end here after the plan is expired I get a call from customer care daily to recharge and when I tell them my problem they just check the details and disconnect the call.
This is completely disrespectful and frustrating to me. Is this a way to handle a customer. I have tried to call the nodal officer also but no one picks up the call.
I mean no one is trying to solve the problem they just ask for money. One representative said to me "Leave it we can't do anything". Many of their customer representatives are rude to the customer.
There are many complaints about Hathway ISP regarding customer satisfaction. You can check the reviews of their Hathway app on play store, it is filled with reports of bad customer service.
