This company has cheated me by not giving the internet connection promised by them for ** Mbps plan. They gave me much-reduced speed and now the connection is disconnected from * days. They are not providing a solution to that. Their policy says that they will provide a solution within ** hours but now it's been more than ** hours and I want my rebate or refund. This is a scam company. They just cheat their customers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
