Flipkart. com - Not Providing me a Return or Replace option of my Mobile Vivo V9

Hi, Neha here i had purchased a mobile from flipkart on **th of august of Vivo V* and i had raised a replacement request on **th of august technicians visit on **st of august, he checked a mobile for *-** minutes and he given to their executive a wrong feedback, so flipkart cancelled my replacement request... After that i again raised a replacement request then flipkart is only giving me date but no solution, so i want my money return now i don't want to purchased from flipkart and not interested in this mobile also,,Literally i am so nervous to seeing such type of behaviour
