- Not providing bill and warranty benefits Open
I purchased new Airtel *G HOTSPOT on ** December **** along with * months rental plan. I am following up with them regularly but they are not providing me with the bill for the hardware device. I am facing a problem in the device but cannot claim warranty benefits because I don't have its bill.
- They were at least responding before but now they are even not responding/ replying of my emails and their engineer (delivery person who delivered the device) is not attending my calls.
