I have network issues from the past * months. I have complained more than *** times. It's not answered. I change to special sim also. After a lot of issues sim got activated. But now the bill amount is coming too high. But I didn't get any customer support. If I send an email to ***@... The guy's name Priya and Danish reply the same answer again and again. If this is how a customer is treated, I need to escalate the issue further and maybe raise a consumer court complaint also for looting me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
