My *-month-old MI *x **-inch TV stopped working on **th November ****. On the same day, I raised a service request with Xiaomi and the technician visited on **th November. The service center offered a replacement of the TV panel within ** days. But till today I haven't received the service nor a proper reply from customer care. During every call with customer care, they are asking me to wait for ** more days.
Meanwhile, I contacted with local MI service center, and based on their commitment I waited at home expecting the technician on **rd November and on ** December. On both these days, they didn't show up and wasted my time during my work days. Also, I have raised a complaint on the national consumer helpline forum (docket number *******) and MI India hasn't given a reply yet.
As MI India has failed to provide the service and also caused me a loss of money and time, I need compensation along with a full refund for the money I paid for the TV.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
