Meesho aap - Not pickup my product and no response from customer care

I have purchased two same saree from **** rs, and from one month continue I m calling in meesho and email them but no response from meesho, in email they only reply we will back * to * working days and in calls ur problem will solve in ** hrs but in one month their * working days and ** hrs will never end, I m really annoyed and frusted from there services no value of customer, no action no response, fruad , in fact I had ordered two blouses both had returned but got refund only for one and many times call them for refund *** ruppes but no response, my total amount ****+*** rupees is stucked in meesho, they annoyed me too much , they are doing this bcz nobody taught them any kessin but I will, I will compalin in consumer court, just wait and watch,
