Lapalfa - not mentioned 1 year warranty on invoice and not responding to customer in whats app worst behaviour

sir,
i recently bought dell ge s ** **** laptop batter.they have mentioned * year on all products in their website and as a evidence i also have evidence in whats app conversation said * year warranty and not not responding from * days in whatsapp as well as call.they said call center number but its not call center till now my issue not solved iam asking for warranty .they said invoice is there know but they didnt mention * year warranty.and i asked for digital copy of laptop battery but they are saying they wont provide any digital copy.my name is avinash sir ,my number -**********.please help me sir and i also have all evidence

It's fraud. They will not deliver you the correct item as mentioned on the website.

Lapalfa – Received duplicate product Closed
The charger which was received is not original. The orginal seal was already open and they had taped seperately. They used orginal changer box and sent fake/duplicate one.
