Upgrad.com - Not meeting promised privilages video lectures not available

I had registered for UpGrad FSD Bootcamp under May C* Batch, I had paid the fees while signing up. While joining I and the entire batch were promised to have the video lectures and access to learn and jobs platform available for a lifetime. Now, after the completion of the course they are saying the video lectures aren't available and that the access to the portals will end after one year from the course completion. I have proof that they have the lectures available but aren't sharing them with us. I have a mail chain where they informed about access to portals and video lectures but, after I told them that I'll take legal action they came back by providing access to few recorded sessions. Each and every session we had were recorded. I am demanding refund + compensation for disturbing my study plan and career plans and not fulfilling the promises that were made to me while signing up for the course. There are many more such issues but I currently need a resolution for this as I am extremely disappointed with UpGrad.
