Byjus aaksh institution - Not Initiating A Refund

I am Harshit Chaudhary
I enrolled in jee class ** + ** course from aakash byjus and i wasn't able to understand in the classes due to which I asked to cancel my subscription and give me a full refund as it was before the ** day period.
I wrote around * E - Mails to support@byjus.com and cancellation@byjus.com
But i didn't got any response from them
Please help me in this situation.
And cancel the course as soon as possible.
