I purchased gate course from Byju's but I want to cancel it because of some personal issues. I told my counselor about it he said he processing for it. From last * months I tried a lot but I can't got refund and also cut the emi of * months. I contact Byju's customer care but from last * days they told me I received call in * hrs everytime when I called but I didn't received call from cancellation team. I want to cancel my course and want my refund and emi back. So I request you to please help me.
