Byju's Ed-tech company - Not refund

I had purchased Byju's course of Rs *****. I wasn't satisfied with their teaching and as per Byju's policy, ** days cancellation and full refund, I sent mail to Byju's requesting for cancellation and refund with ** days. I didn't receive any call inspite of multiple follow ups. After * days of follow-up, byju's team called me and said, policy is ** days not ** days. They are giving wrong reasons and not refunding the amount. While counselling, counsellor said it's ** days refund policy. Fraud company and they are rude on the call telling they don't care for any legal procedures. That's the answer I get, when asked for my refund.
