Royal Club International - Not getting services from Royal Club International

We took the membership from Royal club and while giving the brief about the club services they mentioned * or * star hotels showing the brochure but now while booking we are not getting those hotels at all and when we reached out to the customer care they are not at all helping in providing the hotel. Also the hotel list which is provided by them are very cheap that we can book at a very low cost. Now no one is helping us from their side. I can give you the sales person name and number as well.
