Royal Club International - Unexpected maintenance charges and rude behaviour

Since we taken membership, wife got pregnant and with all the time consumed with small baby, we were unable to go anywhere.
Now with baby been one yera, we planned for a trip, now they are saying we have to pay ***** as maintenance fee. As we talked for coustomer support, they are behaving rudely and saying for legal action.
