- Not getting refund after cancellation Open
I booked a holiday package from Phenix Holidays to Maldives with a advance amount of INR*****, which was planned for **th Dec ****. But due to COVID, tour operator was unable to confirm the flights tickets and hence he canceled the trip and told us that we would get the complete return in * working days. But I didn't receive the refund amount. After too many calls and follow-up, he returned INR***** after * month. Now it is going to be * months now but I have not received the balance amount of INR*****. Please support to get the remaining amount of INR*****.
