Vodafone Idea Vi network - Not Getting Data Service of

Hello, i am postpaid user of vi of Gujarat state, since long time i am facing problems for data Speed of *g connection, i had done many complaints for problems but from vi i am not getting any kind of permanent solutions, when I raised complaint they give temporarily solutions for * * days. If i don't pay my bill they stop my services and force to make payment, i am not getting services for what I paid. Yesterday I called in costumers care their executive saying that we are giving maximum connectivity on my location but i am getting data speed is *.** to *.** kbps not (KBPS) with *g connection. Once they told that change your device, so i had changed from *g to *g device but not result. Vi is only do to robe people.
