I purchased membership on **th March ****. I paid INR **,***/- for membership and now need to pay INR ****/- also every year. They committed to provide any of the hotel or resort only other than TAJ group but now when we are requesting a booking for hotels or resorts of our choice they are refusing the mentioned hotels and offering other hotels which are available online at *K/*k per night. During booking they showed hotels like Palm Beach, Dubai but now suggesting very cheap hotels. I requested booking cancellation but they didn’t process the cancellation. I request for full refund of INR **,***/- as I tried booking two times but didn’t get any good options and not avail any of their services.
