Club Resorto Hospitality Ltd - Company not refunding my membership fee

I had opted for the package with Club Resorto. During the sales meeting the agent mentioned that they would be prompt in providing airfares at discounted rates as well. On May *st I requested for a couple of flight tickets and they responded back with a standard template asking even for hotel information. I responded stating that I want only the flight tickets and called their customer care multiple times. They didn't respond to my mail during this entire time period and finally after a week they sent an email because of my continuous calls to them. Looking at the turnaround time and bad service, I called the relationship manager and told him about the issue. He told me that he cannot provide me a refund due to this issue and spoke very rudely. I am filing this complaint to get a refund and also to ensure that noone else is hassled by such a bad company
