After a defected jacket received I placed an order for replacement. Myntra accepted the replacement order and promised me to send a replacement on *th feb ****. But still now they have not send me this replacement jacket. Now for being late delivery I have called Myntra's support, they told me that they will not able to send replacement. They are not following their return policy. Kindly help me with that issue. Thank you.
