Clothzen com - Not Delivered Product also did fraud

I ordered through this website (ClotheZen.com) On ** Aug. ****, I liked their products when it was showing in Instragram. I placed order (Rs. ****) for prepaid delivery, after placing order we got msg also, but till * days they didn't deliver products and no shipping msg came. I tried to contact them through mail, but no response.
Then I found customer care no in Internet On **rd Aug. ****. (contact no was +** **********)
I called and asked, when they will be deliver, if not please refund my amount for order no. #**** (****/-)
They told we are refunding your amount, please share your G-pay no, we will do. First **min, I continuously refusing it and I find no other option and told my G-pay no., but they hacked it and create for * day G-pay fake account and they did fraud with me for ***** rupees.
I went local police station and also went Cyber crime branch, but nothing they did. Now this site not showing in internet also. I have all evidence against them.
Today I found this support , I hope you do needful for me and who's suffered from this site.
