Clothzen Com - Packaged item not delivered but showing order fullfilled

I just odered a pant of rupee *** and paid online front my account. And it showed that I will get my parcel within * days but after * days when I didn't received any dispatch derail message I just checked the site and my order details thn I saw that there is showing that order is already fullfilled I just mailed them * or * times. They didn't reply.
