Sir, I have booked my trip for Uttarakhand on ** November to * December ****
Booking ID #******** but unfortunately some causality happen with us and I have unable to do this trip and postponed to May****. I have call to holyday fussion to book on ** rd May **** but they deny by saying all properties are booked. I have booked my train but they said that if you want to do this trip you have pay ***** extra but I deny it because of too much cost and request them to cancel it. But they deny it.
I have trusted on travel triangle and pay my money not holiday fussion so I request you to cancel my booking and refund my money.
But they deny for refunding the money. They have done fraud to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
