Since more than * days I am struggling to select the channel but unable to do this by any mode. As trying by the web but reset password message never get delivered and have tried more than *** times. Next hours and hours we are trying your call centre on both available contact details but in vain. Your representatives never get time to take the call and we have to listen to your irritating ring tone. Our home TV is off due to this. Kindly do the needful urgently. It is harassing the users.
