G Chandramoulee filed complaint against Club Mahindra Holidays on Aug 1, 2019
I have been regularly paying my ASF [Annual subscription Fee] and I am a member with them since ****. I have paid my ASF dues for the year **** & also for **** but now they are arm twisting me to pay the ASF for **** too and only then they will allow me to use the App to book my holidays which is very unfair. In spite of writing to their Memberrelations team and also writing to Mr Sujit paul and Ms Meghna Desai, they are not resolving this issue. I should be in a position to avail the services for which I have already paid. My membership no is ************.
