Ashirvad filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Feb 4, 2020
I have purchased Airtel XStream Box on **rd January via the Online portal of Airtel. Being an Airtel Thanks Customer I got this deal in Rs. **** which includes charges for * year free Airtel TV OTT (Xtream) Content & *-month DTH services as well. The same thing is written down on the Airtel website (Refer to the below screenshot). But I got a surprise on **th jan when my connection got suspended bcoz of no balance. I called the guy who installed the box he said only * days recharge package was done on the day of installation. I am surprised, why it recharge was done only for * days instead of * month. Since then I am following with the Airtel team. Initially, they mentioned that yes you should have one month of the subscription but then they said we are checking with our technical team. from the last * days, my connection is not working. Please check and help on priority. I am unable to use my DTH service.
