Hi,
I ordered Redmi K** Pro from Mi.com which was delivered on **/**/**. I tried to cancel the order before that but the support team from Xiaomi told that once the order is shipped we can't cancel so you can deny the order. We denied the order to the shadowfax (delivery partner) delivery person but he did not accept it and told to take the order and return later. We took the order and now when we are trying to reach Xiaomi India for the same they aren't accepting the return request.
I was mentally upset for * days just because of this issue as **,*** is a big amount and it's been stucked now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
