I did recharge by mistake others number instated of me.. Company name is Relience Jio. Payment did via Amazon.
On *nd December **** i did recharge on another number instated of my amount ****. First i contact Amazon they said contact the service provider.
Then i cantact to jio company bt they declined my request to transfer or refund to my transaction. Said they haven't such facility.
It's just one number difference and the guy whom number i wrongly recharge hasn't used it till. Then also they declined it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
