I dr.navendu agarwal with my wife dr ankita garg opted for and bought club mahindra holidays white membership on ** november **** . I requested for cancellation of same on ** december **** due to false claims of benefits by the company representative. my cancellation has been confirmed by the company on same day and the asked for time period of ** working days since. the stipulated period has already been completed but my money has not yet been refunded. i made several telephonic conversations with the company but still no resolution has been done. they keep saying that due to lockdown there has been delay.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
