I placed order on **th October ****, I didn't receive the order after great difficulty by spoke to Mr. Pankaj on mobile no. **********. He said he will return the amount as the order cannot be fulfilled. I said payment was made through razor pay, refund on it. He say payment will be refunded to debit card, provide your debit card no. He thinks we are stupid to provide debit card no. He is refusing to refund my amount
