Ajio com Reliance Retail Ltd - Non payment of Refund

I ordered for purchase of shirts from Ajio.com of Reliance Retails on **.**.**** and paid Rs****.** through credit card .An order no FL********** was issued which was automatically cancelled next day. I asked for refund of money as no goods were delivered. Also sent documents as proof of payment from credit card. I am sending them emails since **.**.****and every time they are raising complaint ID and on enquiry they are showing it resolved and raising fresh complaint. Last complaint ID was issued COM*********** on **.**.**** and giving resolution date as **.**.****, Now on sending emails they are not responding. As a proof I have already submitted PDF statements of my credit card from bank for two months which clearly revealed that a sum of Rs****.** was paid on**.** **** and no refund has been received back. Kindly help me to get my refund as company is acknowledging time and again but without providing refund.
