My Ajio Account Blocked with no reason , sent many emails to ajio customer care but they are giving common answer that they didn’t find my registered mobile number and email id , as they both are blocked in my ajio app and the sane screen shot share with them. Also given all my registered details. They delivered * product to me on **/**/**** which both i want to return , second thing I returned one product on **/**/**** for that i didn’t received refund yer amount **** around , i have email that return pickup done and refund will issue on **/**/**** but the blocked my account without any reason . I am genuine buyer of ajio since * year.... first of all want my refund and return above mentioned * product thn need refund for that also and need clarification on account block...
