- Non Payment issue Open
I have attached my vehicle to uber. There has been a lapse of payment from uber in the month of June (**th-**th and **th to **rd) which is rs *****. I have called customer care executives several times and was told to visit the uber office. I and my driver partner have visited the office on multiple occasions but haven't been provided with a resolution yet.
If uber has paid CITI bank during those periods then why are they not providing me with the transaction id of the same? They only provide billing id which is irrelevant for the bank. I was assured of a callback but haven't received one yet.
It has been more than * months they are just telling me to wait for some more time.
