I ordered two clothes costing ₹ *** each on cash on delivery basis for Lucknow. Both the items were delivered but were not updated in the app which was informed by me to customer care immediately. They told me to wait but after some days, the order was shown cancelled. When I complained regarding this, they were not ready to accept the fault but I sent them the invoices of the both products and then they told me to return the items as there was some technical issue in the system. I returned both the products but as their system had not updated the items as delivered, it didn't show the return also. When I asked them about the refund, they started telling that the invoices are not clear and nothing can be done. After many complaints, they agreed to issue the refund but they paid refund of only one product.
When I asked about the second product, they started same story of asking all the details from start to end. They asked me to send the bank statement also as if they had paid the refund but I was telling lie. Afterwards, they didn't respond. When I enquired, they told me that no item was delivered and hence, there is no issue of any refund.
In this process, I had to call them daily for months together and explain everything. I got so much tension and lost my sleep. I had to go to medication for this. My family time was wasted for this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
