I had ordered cardiac and blood pressure medicines from MedLife on **th Aug **. I followed up after a week about the status of delivery. I was told it was cancelled by them. When I asked for the reason they said they had no idea. The order was placed again. Even after a week, it was not executed and on checking, I was told some medicines were not in stock. Order (No OR****HTS-***A) was placed again on **st Aug and delivery promised on *nd Sep. On *th Sep I checked with them and they said it would be delivered on *th Sep. That same evening I got an SMS from them that my order cancelled due to non-availability of medicines.
I wonder why Medlife is in the business of medicines when even after ** days of taking order it cannot supply the medicines and that too cardiac medicines and keep heart patient waiting. The order value was worth Rs ****. Many of my friends have a similar and worse experience with Medlife. They are playing with the lives of people and looking at the number of complaints against them it's high time the concerned authorities revoke their licence and debar them from selling medicines.
