Consignment no. Z******** was sent from Solan, HP to Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore on **.**.****. I am supposed to receive the parcel which I have not received till date. On **.**.**** I sent an email to their customer care/support dept. against which I received the email stating that they are tracking the status of the courier. My number was mentioned on the packet but I didn't receive any call from them while I kept calling all their branches for the parcel and they were enabled to track the same. I called their * branches i.e. Chamrajpet, Basavanagudi, Sarakki and Kagglipura. Their person said that we have lost the parcel while I got the email from customer support saying that the "courier has been delivered". Again I sent an email saying that I have not received the courier so please show me the proof of delivery with the name and contact number of the receiver. But again and again, they were sending me the same email saying that the courier has been delivered, ignoring my previous emails regarding the proof. I kept sending them the reminders. Today when I mentioned in my email that I am going to take serious action against the company then they submitted the proof with " no name of the receiver" no contact number of the receiver" no signature of the receiver". It's been more than ** days and I have not received my parcel and after sending continuously emails they showed me the proof with no name. Their branches are accepting that they have lost the parcel and their online website was also showing "out for delivery" from **th May ****. Now they have updated the status to "delivered" but they have no proof of delivery. I am still waiting for my parcel. I have all the email correspondence as proof. Please help.
