I made payment to sbi card rs. ***** thorouhgh mobikwik app on **/**/****. till date sbi dint confirm the receipts ,i sent mail to mobikwik on this issue they haven't reply . altough mobikwik sent mail that payment to credit card is successful my payment doesn't withstand unless sbi card acknowledges the receipts.i have already sent all the details by attaching screen shot and as per request of sbi customer service and stated in my mail that when sbi card have permitted mobikwik to use their payment gateway to pay their dues, is it not their duty to enquire the matter? both SBI and MobiKwik as party for harassment and morowing my money. my aving sbi account has alredy been debited though my sbi card still showing payment dues.
