- Non Assistance of of VodafoneIdea for Solving the Issuse of Nongeneration of UPC for Porting the Num Open

My wife's VI Number is **********. She took the SIM from the Vodafone Store in Malda (West Bengal Circle) after verification through her Aadhar card.
Recently we moved to Hooghly (which is almost *** KM Away from Malda) where the VI network is too poor and therefore now she wants to port this number from VI to JIO, but whenever the "PORT xxxx***" request is being sent the message of not getting the UPC code is coming.
Accordingly We personally visited the nearest local VI mini store in Chandannagar (almost ** km away from my residence) and there they again took her Aadhaar card for reverification (they gave this Req ID: ROB-V*********** to me). They gave the time frame of **hrs for resolution of this problem, but still now the problem has not been solved. Being the official store of VI they could not give any clear cut resolution/assistance to solve the problem although in the sms it was advised to contact the service provider.

Secondly, the staff at the VI Mini Store in Chandannagar mentioned that the problem might be related to a verification issue, for which they requested the Aadhaar Card. My question is, if verification is indeed required, how could the Vodafone Store in Malda have activated my wife's SIM without completing the verification process properly? At that time, they also asked for my wife's Aadhaar card, which we provided. If this is the case, then VI is in serious violation of the Government of India's rules and regulations, and this matter should not be taken lightly.
I personally sent an official email to VI at the following email addresses including the highest authority of VI: customercare@vodafoneidea.com, Appellate.wb@vodafoneidea.com, appellate.kol@vodafoneidea.com, akshaya.moondra@vodafoneidea.com. The PDF copy of that email is attached herewith.
I tried to contact the Appellate Authority, Mr Taj Anwar by dialing the officially displayed contact number **********, but could not reach his voice. I do not know why VI has kept his number displayed particularly when his number cannot be reached. I think only for this poor service of VI, whether in terms of telecommunication service or customer service, customers are rapidly porting their VI numbers to JIO where prompt service is available.
I attempted to reach out to the customer care team via telephone, but they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the issue at hand. It appears that the service provider is not offering any assistance to resolve this matter. I suspect that they are deliberately making it difficult for my wife to port her number to JIO, as their lack of support seems to suggest this intention.
