- NON ACTIVATION OF JIO 251 WORK FROM HOME PACK IN SIM Open
Please refer to my following recharge done in mobile number ********** on ** May **** on expiry of Rs *** plan:-
(a) Ref:- BR****MDL*K* for Rs *** at **.**PM on ** May ****.
(b) Ref:- BR****MF*RAG for Rs *** at **.**PM on ** May ****.
It is submitted that on expiry of my Rs *** plan I did a recharge of Rs *** JIO WORK FROM HOME plan vide reference BR****MDL*K* dated ** May **** at **.**PM which did not get activated till date even though the money has already got deducted from my account.
In view of the above I had to do a Rs *** plan recharge at *.**PM on the same day.
Therefore I requested JIO Communication to either activate the Rs *** Work from Home Pack along with Rs *** Plan or refund Rs *** immediate effect being the work from home plan did not get activated.
but they replied that
I understand your concern with regard to the recent recharge you initiated.
A I can see that the recharge of Rs.*** dated **-**-**** at **:** is successful.
However at this time, MRP *** plan was active on your account which you had activated on **-**-****.
Hence, the validity of MRP *** plan got clubbed with MRP *** plan and got expired with it.
Note: As per revised plan benefits, validty of all Add on data packs will get clubbed with current active plans on account. This is also mentioned on Jio.com and MyJio app.
Appreciate your patience and understanding in this case.
My Complaint is that
Jio Communication has cheated me by clubbing my Rs *** with expired *** plan while Rs *** plan was activated on the same day.
