I talk to the customer service center to take the NOC.They asked me to pay *** rupees.And say I will be given NOC after payment.I pay *** rupees as promised. Upi reference no ************.( Transaction make by Paytm).But I was not given NOC. I tried to talk to the customer service center representative and mailed repeatedly but they did not respond.Then I get a message where I am told to pay *** rupees instead of **** rupees and then my NOC will be cleared.I also talk to customer service representative, they also told me NOC will be given within * days of payment *** rupees.
I make that payment and then I was not given NOC today. customer service representative not respond to my mail.
It's being played with the customer

Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
