INDIA BULLS DHANI - Loan closure

I took credit line from India Bulls Dhani..
I paid all EMI's on time, but they charged bouncing charges four times..
The payment was always done via auto debut from my savings account.
Now the issue is..
I have paid all the EMI's and they are calling for extra charges [bouncing charges], neither I'm aware of it nor they updated me about the bouncing charges.
The payment is scheduled as auto debut from my savings account, and Money was always available for the transaction to happen everytime..
How do they charge me for bouncing charges, which they haven't intimated me nor they showcased a message for the same.
Now, they have not closed my loan and asking to pay for the bouncing charges.
I'm really frustrated.
Please help me in sorting this out.
