www nobroker in - Mental harassment due to no broker

I've taken a plan to search for the property with no broker in Feb-**. Post shortlisting the property, I've contacted at the mentioned number, assuming it is the owner. Later found out that this is nobroker customer care number with some department pertaining to sales. Anyway I had a chat and later they connected me to the owner on a call without sharing the contact. On call, I’ve clarified multiple things that need to be addressed before or within **-** days after shifting as I was running out of time for shifting. During the time of sales, this person mentioned things like * parking, deep cleaning of flat, full key set along with removal of old furniture. However, what I got is uncleaned apartment with * key and * parking.
Since my hotel accommodation provided by company was about to over, I thought that I will shift and get these issues resolved later. However, after numerous follow ups over email and messages over social platform instagram, nothing moved. Since I’ve a *.* year old daughter with me in the flat, I was worried about kids locking up the room. So I keep on calling no broker and since their assigned RM Nisha Top wasn’t responding, I have placed a request to change as well. But nothing happened and one day, my worst nightmare became reality, when my daughter locker herself in the bedroom while playing. I asked for society help and since there was no external approach path for the room, I have to ask society staff to breakdown the door. The whole event took * hour with my daughter continuously crying made me helpless and equally angry with No broker and their apathetic behavior. On that day, post my request society people help me to get the owners number and I personally went to take the keys.
There is no realization from Nobroker team on this seriousness of this issue. It’s been a mental torture. It has been * months and I am paying rent on time, still getting calls at *PM for re-confirmation. It is so annoying. There are also supposed to pick old furniture but they are again turning a blind eye on it.
Since the whole chapter caused a lot of mental stress for me, it is no more about door or money. I really wanted to take them court and let them realize that a normal customer can also raise voice and they need to address it.
