I have ordered a refrigerator on May **th and I cheked by entering the Pincode it says it will be delivered in *-* days.
I have been following up with them via Phone calls, emails and Whirlpool India Facebook aswell but no one is giving any updates.
On tracking it says order is processing from the beginning and there is no way to cancel it aswell. They are providing wStore number where no one is picking up.
No replies on emails aswell, Facebook they says we are cheking and get back to you from last * days.
No escalation matrix and nothing is being provided.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
