Marq By Flipkart - No service

I have purchased the washing machine back in **** and exactly after one year after warranty expired washing machine stopped working. I raised a service request with Marq to repair the washing machine and I will pay for it as warranty expired. But to confirm the repair they took more than * month.
Later technician came and took some pictures and told he will get back and after several follow ups and again after a month complaining to flipkart they told they cannot repair the washing machine they will pickup the washing machine and refund. To confirm that they took time till march ****. Finally they didn't pickup and there was a lockdown due to which they couldn't pickup.
Now again in September if I can contact them they negligently tell that we promised in March and now we cannot do anything.

So if they promise to resolve the issue in Jan and which prolonged till March and they are absolutely okay to fail with that commitment.

Now all that I am asking is either repair washing machine or refund and being a brand it's so shameful that they cannot repair a product.

It's been more than * months washing machine has stopped working.
Worst customer service ever and please don't buy this product.
