I purchased a product from shopClues on *th November which I received incomplete. On the very same day I called to costumer care to replace the product but the agent said that my compaint is not acceptable as it is not according to description. I tried to make her understand but she refused to file my complaint so I asked to return the product and asked for my money back. I have filed my complaint for return since *th of November but there is no response from their side. They are just saying that you will be contacted by us within *-* days but it's been ** days and there is no response.The product is lying packed in my house and my Mon is wasted....It's the worst online shopping site
