Caaraa - No response on return request due to sizs issue

I bought a shirt worth ****rs from their website. The sizing was wrong and the quality was terrible. As per their return policy, i sent an email immediately asking for a return and refund. It has been over a week and I have received no reply from their end. I even tried to reach out to them on instagram. No response there as well.
This is highly unprofessional.
