Order placed on ** Feb, after their paid advertising campaign on Instagram. The order was confirmed, received a text message after * days. Tried calling the provided number on the website but it always switched off. The live chat does not work, they ask to connect via email, but both the mentioned email-id are not working, the email always gets bounced back.
No idea when the order would get delivered, don't even know if the money is lost.
All I can do is wait.
