I had placed an order on **th March **** amounting Rs. *** through Netbanking (order no-*****). I haven't received any update regarding the order until now. Tried to contact multiple times but got no reply.
I ordered the clothes seeing an Instagram add but it came out to be a fraudulent site.
Neither do they reply nor deliver my product or didn't even refund my money. It's been more than a month. Resolve the matter or else ill take serious measures against it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
