bought the byjus product for my daughters Venba and Iyal on **th Sep ****(invoice for the same is attached) through the byjus home counselor named Karthiga. Received the product on **th September **** and since I was not satisfied with the product I raised a cancellation request to mentor Prinitha on **rd september ****(attached email). On **th September ****, I received an email from a senior mentor/manager named Nikhila that the refund is considered from your end with the reference number ********(PFA email). On *th Oct ****, I spoke to Nikhila again and it was informed from her end that I will be receiving * separate emails about refund and product return within * days. That's the last I heard from any senior management regarding product cancellation. Since I didn't receive any emails like she mentioned for the next * days, I have been trying to reach her or anyone from the cancellation department regarding the cancellation status and I even emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. All in vain. Even after repeated calls and emails all i am getting is some automated voice message that 'someone will be calling you within next ** minutes' or 'I will be getting a call from the senior manager within next ** hours'. But I received no response from anyone. Someone named Vignesh called me on **th October **** and told me that he is from the Central team. He asked me for identity proof for document verification and I sent him the required documents. I was informed by him that I will be getting an update within a week and here I am writing to you after a week for an update after repeated calls to customer care number and the usual response that 'Senior manager will be calling you within next ** mins'.
No senior manager or concerned person from the cancellation department has spoken to me about the status of the cancellation. I have been seriously frustrated with the response from Byjus team ever since I bought the product.
Kindly help me get my refund and in returning the byjus product.
